A sunny evening, after what feels like months of rain

So a simple dinner outside - parma ham, tomatoes, avocado, anchovies, grilled ciabatta, garlic and olive oil

Served on toasted ciabatta with homemade houmous

Made with blackcurrents, redcurrents and home grown raspberries

Started with tortilla chips with a nice fresh salsa and guacamole

Followed my a mixed dish - plenty of small tortillas, the best of which were the slow cooked pork
