Tasty midweek dinner

Chorizo and chickpea stew. A really good recipe - easy and quick to cook, using the sort of ingredients I tend to have in anyway. Felt like the first decent meal I'd had for days. Posted by Picasa

healthy too! Possibly my favourite meal after (the less healthy) steak and goose fat fried potatoes.

Just as nice a meal, in a very different way.

Michelin is nice, but you'd get a bit annoyed with the waiters if you had that many 'bon soir's every evening!

How about the sausage casserole a few days later?

And chickpeas can be nice hot - I'm not a big fan of them cold.
