Chicken poached, then sauteed, in a white wine and mushroom sauce, with fried potatoes and wilted spinach.

A good ribeye with a homemade béarnaise, spinach, mushroom and fine cut chips

Polish food

An atypical (I imagine) trip to Poland, during which I mostly eat excellent sushi!
