Noodles, chicken stock, chilli sauce, lemon juice, fish sauce and soy sauce

Roast chicken for lunch, with gravy, potatoes, bread sauce and courgettes

And the start of a chicken soup for tomorrow - chicken carcass, carrot, celery, parsley, tomato puree, chilli, szechuan pepper, black bepper, star anise and bay leaves. Should be nice!

Sirloin steak, goose fat fried potatoes, courgettes and a brandy and pepper sauce

Hot smoked salmon, fennel salad and horseradish cream

Roast suckling pig, pommes puree, chanteray carrots and caremalised apple sauce

Rhubarb and strawberry sorbet to finish

In the background some beetroot, ginger, celery, apple and carrot juice

All organic, free range, locally sourced . . . very authentiseeking

Didn't make the juice taste any better though
